Road to the Top’s inaugural athletes, Carlee McCutcheon and Trent McGee, entered the Tier 1 program with ability, ambition, and an eagerness to learn. Through their progress, hard work, and success in the program, each has now earned an exciting professional opportunity in the industry.

Carlee has joined Laura Kraut's team as a rider. It is a top program with a deep group of talented young horses coming up the ranks, and it is exactly the kind of environment where Carlee can continue to sharpen her horsemanship, produce horses thoughtfully, and build toward her next goals. Her growth with RTTT reflects the value of daily access to elite mentorship, top sport, and a professional barn culture.

Trent has accepted a position at Stal Hendrix in the Netherlands, one of the world's premier breeding, training, and sales operations. The position will give him daily exposure to international horse development, sales, sport, and the European system - an extraordinary next chapter for a young professional who has embraced every opportunity to make horses better and learn the business from the ground, up.

Carlee and Trent are proof of concept for Road to the Top. Their graduations are not endings; they are launches.
