Building Future Equestrian Leaders

Road to the Top is a charitable organization that seeks to identify, support, and train talented, motivated, young American professionals who aspire to the highest levels of show jumping sport. Riders accepted to the program are mentored by industry icons as they receive intensive training on riding, horsemanship, and the business aspects of being an elite equestrian athlete.
