Tier 1 Program

Road to the Top’s flagship Tier 1 program is designed for riders that are ready to compete at major venues on a defined performance track. Available to young athletes that have a USEF or FEI competition record at 1.45m or higher, the program term can span beyond a year, during which athletes work with a string of three (3) horses. These athletes are fully committed to a career in the sport and pursuing sport at the highest level.

Road to the Top funds these athletes’ horse care, transport/shipping, and competition fees in addition to veterinary, farrier, and housing expenses. Mentors donate all of their time in training and developing their athletes.
